Phobias are very common – up to 1 in 10 of us will be affected by a phobia at some point in our lives – and they can take many forms. Some of the most common are:

Fear of Heights
Claustrophobia (enclosed spaces)
Agoraphobia (open spaces, or often fear of panic attacks)
Fear of flying
Certain animals
Public speaking and other Social Phobias
Trypanophobia (Injections)
